We ensure legal assistance and representation both for the debtors and for the creditors in the insolvency procedure. Within such activities we advise and propose strategies to the clients depending on the legal assessment made, assist and/or represent them in the specific claims of such procedure, but also in actions related thereto. The areas in which we practice include:
